Pia Plant made the life changing move from Buenos Aires, Argentina, to Santa Teresa in 1999 driven by a deep love for nature and the ocean making it her permanent home. Over the years, Pia became an integral part of the Santa Teresa community, managing two hotels and a variety of vacation rental properties, where her warm hospitality and keen attention to detail created memorable experiences for countless guests. In 2014, Pia made her gathered knowledge into a career in real estate. Her experience has given her an exceptional ability to connect with people and intuitively match clients with their ideal property. Pia’s goal is to help you find not just a property, but a place that aligns with your vision and lifestyle in this paradise she has cherished for over two decades. Her hope is to inspire others to respect and appreciate the unique beauty, biodiversity, and natural environment of our area, fostering a sense of harmony with the land and community.Pia is also a health coach and she is passionate about helping others find their optimal health and has created a detox program that she offers here in town and a DIY version of it online.
