Bilingual listings, written natively
Every description, title and set of highlights is generated in both English and Spanish — not translated word for word — so a buyer in San José and a buyer in the U.S. each read copy that sounds local in their language.
Computer vision reads every photo
Our pipeline analyses each uploaded photo and video to recognise rooms and amenities, score image quality, and choose the strongest cover image — so the best of a property leads.
A guided photo tour
AI orders the gallery the way a buyer would actually walk the property — exterior first, then the living spaces, then the details — instead of a random camera-roll dump.
A quality check before anything goes live

Our live catalog is published as a connector (an MCP server), so AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude can search our properties and cite them directly — always with a link back to the listing on our site.

What the AI does not do
It never publishes on its own
A licensed agent reviews and approves every AI-assisted listing before it goes live. The AI drafts; the agent decides.
It doesn't invent prices
Prices are exactly what the seller sets. The second-currency figure is a daily Banco Central de Costa Rica reference, clearly labelled as approximate.
