My name is Juan Carlos Capmany, Cuban by birth and happily raised in Costa Rica. I have been in real estate for 24 years.
My specialty is the sale and rental of houses, apartments, commercial premises and land in Escazu, Santa Ana, Ciudad Colon, La Sabana, Rohrmoser, Belen, San Rafael de Alajuela, Heredia, Atenas, Orotina and in the maritime areas that are in the provinces of Guanacaste, Limon and Puntarenas.
I am a proud father of twin daughters and a dachshund.
I have a PADI Divemaster license (scuba diving) because I am passionate about everything related to the ocean. I also enjoy soccer, baseball, football, boxing, mixed martial arts, and just about every sport.
