Sergio was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and immigrated to Costa Rica in 1991 after graduating from college to work at an international investment firm. Several months after relocating to Costa Rica, Sergio fell in love with the country’s unparalleled beauty, and his new girlfriend (now wife) decided to permanently reside in Costa Rica to pursue her passion: Real Estate.
Sergio has been professionally involved in Real Estate in Costa Rica since 2002 and holds active broker licenses in both the United States and Costa Rica. Additionally, he is the current president of the Ethics Board at the Costa Rican Real Estate Board and has been the top producer in the San Jose region, Costa Rica, for several years
